Middle School Students were transported back in time during a class trip to Medieval Times.
They enjoyed an action packed show featuring jousting knights in shining armour on graceful horses.
As they cheered for their favorite knights who battled for glory, everyone enjoyed a light fare of medieval
food including roasted chicken and potatoes served with warm toasty bread and baked corn. An amazing and awesome time was had by all.

IHM Student Ambassadors recently visited Cedar Crest Assisted Living to spread joy and positivity among the residents. They brought spring greeting cards and handmade paper flowers designed by the students in each grade. This visit is part of IHM's community outreach which aims to instill in students a sense of compassion, empathy, and responsibility.
Student ambassadors were warmly welcomed by the staff and the residents of Cedar Crest as together they engaged in friendly conversations sharing stories and smiles. The students learned valuable lessons about the importance of kindness and social responsibility. This initiative served as a reminder of how powerful small gestures of love and kindness can make a difference in the lives of those around us.

Students at IHM School had a wonderful time celebrating Earth Day this year. From poetry and coloring contests, to planting seeds and designing board games, students of all ages got involved in making the world a better place.
One of the highlights of Earth Day was a poetry and coloring contest. Students submitted their best poems and their most creative coloring pages.
Fifth graders designed board games that teach us about the importance of taking care of our planet. Pre-K 3 sprouted pumpkin plants from seedlings. These young students were excited to learn about the growing process of plants. Students also read stories about the earth and completed art projects using recycled materials. All classes designed thematic bulletin boards which highlighted the importance of protecting the planet and showing actions we can take to make a positive difference in our world. To help spruce up the campus, students from St. John's High School came to lend a helping hand. They mulched garden beds, uprooted old shrubs, and planted flowers to beautify the campus.
It was a positively, bright and active Earth day celebration at IHM School. The students had a great time learning about the environment and the importance of sustainability.
